Sometimes members don't get their activation email.
This happens because it gets deleted by accident, your spam folder gets it ... lots of reasons.
To Resend the account activation code you need to do two things:
1. Go here: Resend your activation email
2. Enter the email address you used when you signed up and click "Email activation codes"
3. When the email arrives in your inbox, be sure to click the link to activate your account.

beh diciamo ke ho ovviato il problema semplicemente installando il guestbook sul server di altervista ke avevo prima di comprarmene uno su servrent cn dominio personale(su qst ultimo nn ho database)poi cn un frame lo collego a una pagina del mio sito.
sicuramente qll ke ho fatto io nn risolverà il tuo problema...posso solo ripeterti qll ke ti ha già detto Flep,vedi se hai un database e se sul tuo piano hosting è compreso mysql

Scusate l'intrusione ma ho un piccolo (grande per me) problema:
Sono riuscito a installare correttamente nel sito il guestbook seguendo tutte le procedure. Purtroppo provandolo cè un errore: infatti appena trascino il messaggio nel "trascina qui il tuo messaggio" non succede niente, il post non si vede.. Cosa ho sabagliato?

"install.php crea un nuovo database
Se il database è già esistente , allora install.php crea solo una nuova tabella
La versione di questa demo è in inglese per permettere a tutti gli utenti di poterla provare."

ciao..ho un problema come quello di teuccio..non mi fa installare su aruba il guestbook..mi da errore 500.per altre applicazioni qst errore si risolveva settando i permessi giusti..come posso fare?
