Flash PHP New Flash Application.

Hi All

Apologies if this is in the wrong section but this is my first post

I'm just writing for some advice and opininons on my next project. I've been asked to produce something similar to this:

I've been using flash for a few yrs and built a few projects, so I've got an idea of a few different things I'd try, but I thought it was about time I joined a flash community and got some ideas from the rest of the world out there.

So what are peoples opinions on where to start and what would be involved?

So far Im seeing the drop down menus and image upload as my starting points but with the multiple drag and drop and ability to scale and rotate, Im seeing a few problems arising.

Sometimes I look at it and think it might not be that hard and then other times I think otherwise.

Any thoughts, help or general chat appreciated.
