Flash PHP Why Flash works in some Browsers an not in others

Iam having allot of trouble after upgrading from MX to CS4, it seems I just cant get the flash to play in all browsers and/or In flash I use the preview-flash and it works but with preview-html it does not.
As well..... but yet, I did get the EmailformPro to be viewable live on all browsers but it says server error using IE and Firefox but works flawlessly using Opera browser. So if thats not confusing enough?..
With MX after publishing a SWF in flash.....and than using DreamWVR you just insert the SWF in desired location and upload to server, but now W/CS4 it seems after publishing and ( "same process" ) it doesnt work?....
( ex. Reflective Gallery ) works using flash Preview-flash but doesnt work using Preview-HTML....am I missing something going from Flash to Dreaweaver??..

MX requires Flash Player version 6+.
CS4 requires Flash Player version 10+.
Update your browser plug-in.

Not all browsers fully support Flash Player, though. Firefox is one that fully supports it, but IE is focusing on Silverlight, and Flash has been known to cause the newest version of IE to crash. That said, I have never even used IE to play Flash files. (Firefox is way better and available for Linux and Mac.) I use CS3, which requires Flash Player 9+, but it can save to Flash 8 format as long as I use AS2.
