shoutbox installation

hi

i wanna include a shoutbox on my flash website. i tried following the instructions but cant make it work. im stucked at the database parameters.

is there any way at all that the shoutbox can be placed on my website? perhaps its too much to ask but would you help me install it? im clueless when it comes to flash...please help!

This message: 'claudinesc'@'splash.invision7.com' says that user has not permissions to access your database.
Are you sure that is the correct user ? Perhaps take off ' around @

ermm the username is supposed to be my username to login into my admin site right?

how do i remove the @? this is how it looks like on the setup.php

The username must not be the user admin of your site.
It must be the user of the database of your site.
Did you created it ?

do i create a new database or a new user? :S

Your domain admin CP should have an option to check/add/remove users and permissions of your database.

ok i created a user for it. now i get this error
