Flex(+)CMS...I need your help ?

Good Day All,

I have just started using Flex not to long ago and am absolutely blown away by the amount of production that can be done with this awesome application. I am a designer and have been using the adobe/macromedia suites for quite some time now. I also have the capabilities to code a little in PHP, Actionscript, JavaScript, and your very simple html and CSS.

With that said here is the reason for my post. I have come across a site that runs a CMS front and back using flex and databases. I really want to learn how to do this. The site is located here: click here. I did endless hours of research on the internet and really havnt gotten far at all, it seems to new. There is a lot of info on AIR and flex using a CMS but not Flex and databases. So this is why im here, for you help. I need help from the gurus of RIA developers.

This is what I do know:
*the CMS uses Flex in the front end and in the back.
*the CMS uses databases for client image upload and content changes.

These are my questions:
*What languages would be the best to learn for this application(ie.PHP,MySql...)?
*What is the best way to learn these apps(ie.books)? and where can i find them.
* What areas of Flex and these new applications/languages do I need to focus on?
*Where do I start?

The only thing that I have found so far is this one site and Fresh mint has something similar, but its pretty weak as far as capabilities go.

I really need your help. I have a thirst for knowledge and I'm asking you to help me find the liquid. If you could please point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated. thank you.
