Zoomify

Hi all !

FlepStudio has created a new free Flash CS3 utility.

Its name is Zoomify and it is an image zoom that works on the mouse coordinates.

How it works:

• Flash loads an external image ( high resolution )
  
  


• The image scaled equal to stage dimensions and Bitmap.smoothing is true.


• Depending on where you click the mouse, Flash scales the image and move it to apply the zoom at the mouse interested zone.

This script will be very useful for those who want add an elegant zoom to their site ( or their client's site ).

"New FREE utility‏" is probably the only newsletter i am happy to see in my mailbox. You're utilities always put a smile on my face. I don't use flash a lot but when i do i always check your codes and they have helped me a lot.

You really great, coming from actionscript 2.0 background your works and codes have really helped in the learning curve towards actionscript 3.0. B R A V O and keep up the good work. The work has even given me an idea of a project i intend to do.

This is awesome! and exactly what I was looking for... A question, is there a way to load in a swf in place of an image? as to say, I would like to load in a movie clip with hotspots, that the user could zoom in on? Might be asking for the golden goose when I have several eggs, but hey...
