Re: Horizontal Menu

Hy, thanks for posting this tutorial. Very interesting. I have a question:
You linked the item as an url,
but I want to load another .swf as a link of the item, how can I do it??
Thank you, Marco

Re: Horizontal Menu

Hi,
just change the url in XML that hits to the external SWF.

You can get that url in setItemDown function of Main.as :
var request:URLRequest=new URLRequest(menu_array[id][item_id].url);

now use that request to load the SWF.
var loader:Loader= new Loader();
etc etc

Re: Horizontal Menu

Thanks for a great menu idea. One question...what would be the most efficient way to have the menu items link to another Scene within the current swf instead of a url?
