Windows Xp "don't send report error importing in falsh"

I have Flash Profesional cs3,and I have problem importing in flash library?:o
from a while dosen't work.why?When I Import in flash it start with "don't send error in Windows Xp SP2" and close the aplication.I had instaled 3 times the flash and it stil not work!I had deleted all flash temporal files and aplications and stil not work.Why?

If U have problem with flash CS3,like example:Send error on importing in library and it close up:"It is a virus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"You must reinstal the windows to make it work!Because I tride to reinstal 5 times the flash and not worked.
