Need help in navigation system

can any body help me or rather gimme a resource (code or fla) to make a full fledged navigation system in flash ? The navigation should include :

1. A menu displaying all the topic names.
2. On clicking the topic name it should go to that topic.
3. Each topic will have its own set of pages (swf movies)
4.Obviously navigation should be previous and back buttons.
5. The data should be dynamically loaded from xml .

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
