spry menu covered up by swf

okay so i have this horizontal spry menu that is being covered up by a flash movie. well the main menu shows but when i go over a specific menu item to show sub items, it show but you can tell its under the flash movie. i would upload the site but i dont have server space for it now. any idea on how to bring the menu forward or send the flash back?

in css, change the z-index (superiore per il menu - inferiore per il flash) and also add transparent background to the swf (wmode with the value transparent).

Look at the css rules in this article (in italian but for the css it not important)
