Load external *swf - error #1009

Looking for some help!

I have an xml driven accordian menu that I want to load in independently as a swf into my main .fla, but every time I try loading it to the stage, I run into the infamous #1009 error. I've succesfully loaded in other swf's using this method, but in this particular case, this swf is a thorn in my side and believe it has to with loading the xml.

There's not a whole lot of code, but if someone could just take a look at my as3Accord class file and tell me what's up, I would sincerely appreciate it.
