Warning Message Is Driving Me Crazy

I've been converting an AS 2 file to AS 3 - it loads external xml. I keep getting the same error message over and over:

WARNING: Actions on button or MovieClip instances are not supported in ActionScript 3.0. All scripts on object instances will be ignored.

I've been through all the symbols looking for old script. There isn't anything to be found. And there's only a few symbols to look at (and 3 textfields). Can someone enlighten me? Here's a sample of the file:

I tested to find which movieclip was causing the problem and then just remade the thing. I figure the original mc was corrupted somehow. Everything works now.
