PROBLEM WITH SECTIONED SITE AND CONTENT WITH EVENTS IN THOSE SECTIONS


How do I go about solving this problem?:

The site is set up so that each menu_mc calls forward the relevant "section" (page) to the stage. I did this mostly using the tutorials on this site. That part all works fine. I did this

The problem I am having is that within one of those sections there are several movie clips which must have a roll over effect. The actual effect isn't necessarily of relevance I don't think (the movie clip's proportions expand, text scrolls across screen, a mouse down draws up a new page) because creating these effects isn't where I am having the problem.

What is astounding me is that once the rollover effects have been initiated, those movie clips remain on the page even after a different menu_mc is clicked, thus remaining on the stage now in every section (even when not wanted).

How do I make these movie clips leave the stage when their supposed to while still allowing them to have active rollover effects??

If anyone can help or direct me to a tutorial it would be so good of you!! I'm totally confused. Thank you!
