FlepStudio has created a new FREE Flash CS3 component !
It’s a smooth ScrollBar with a light inertial effect during the scroll.
Very useful, it permits you to mask and scroll a MovieClip you have on the Flash stage.
Just assign in properties panel the instance name of the MovieClip you want use the ScrolBar with.
Also, you can pick a color of the handler.
